Initial Enquiry

Once we receive your enquiry, we will begin by discussing what the underlying issue is or the area that requires improvement. We aim to understand your business so we create cost-effective, safe solutions to improve your bottom line.

On-Site Consultations

More often than not, our clients know what they want their end result to look like but aren’t 100% sure how to get from point A to point B.
That’s where we come in.

Depending on the scale of your project, we will arrange an initial consultation to tour your production factory so we have a clear understanding of what level automation is needed. This is when we review your entire setup to identify key areas for improvement and also take samples of packaging, if available, to ensure accuracy in our drafting, designing and engineering processes.

Drafting, Designing and Engineering

Ceem Engineering designs are completed in-house and are customised for each project. A second meeting will be arranged at this point to discuss machine options, performance needs and other factors.

Once we have identified your production needs, these will be factored into the design process - whether it’s prioritising speed, consistency or safety. We also ensure each component will ‘talk’ to one another in a seamless manner to avoid future breakdowns. 
A review of the design will take place at this stage where updates can be made. 

Manufacturing

Once the design has been signed off and the order is submitted, the components are then custom manufactured in full. All machinery is made from cost-effective materials and we aim to use Australian-made, where possible. Our parts are completely adaptable to either fit an existing machine or modified down the track, if adjustments are required. We also test all our equipment in-house to limit site testing.

Delivery, Installation and Training

Once the engineering and manufacturing process is complete, we arrange delivery and installation. We also offer face-to-face training for staff who will be operating the machinery, if required, and training provided in the form of manuals and videos, depending on project size or client preference.

We can also arrange to come back at any time and do more training with different personnel at a cost. From here we complete the handover process by supplying all necessary documentation.
